Platinum Couture Style Challenge

Platinum Guild International and Couture offer you an exciting opportunity to participate in our first ever Platinum Couture Style Challenge, offered exclusively to the designer exhibitors at Couture. The contest will be judged by a panel of attending consumer and trade editors and PGI representatives starting from the opening evening of Couture and ending on Friday morning. Winners of each style challenge category will have their product featured in at least two of PGI’s consumer media programs for 2008/2009.
Simply display your entry in the window of your salon along with a 9 1/2” X 12” horizontal sign designating the piece as an item in the challenge (Platinum Guild International will supply you signage on set-up day). Throughout the event, the judges, made up of consumer and trade editors and PGI representatives will be scoring the entries. Winners will be awarded on Friday afternoon and will receive a trophy noting them as winners of the category.
Five Categories Include:
- Red Carpet Jewelry (jewelry suitable for celebrity awards shows)
- Luxury for Everyday (jewelry suitable for daily wear)
- Colors (Platinum set with colored gemstones)
- Bridal Atelier (higher end Platinum Bridal above $5,000 MSRP)
- Bridal Boutique (Platinum Bridal below $5,000 MSRP)
Simply register a submission via email at platinumguildusa@pgiglobal.com by May 15th, 2008 and include your name and contact information, designer, category for submission, product description, wholesale price and retail price.
